Fixtures Factory (also referred to as “Fixtures Factory” “we” and “us”) looks to maximize customer satisfaction being that we design and build custom display fixtures to your specific requirements. Please read our return policy before you place an order.
Custom Products
Products on fixturesfactory.com are made to a specific customer’s design and are made to their specifications of size shape material finish color branding and etc.
Because we can make your product to your specific requirements we consider custom products to be non-returnable and non-refundable unless:
The product is received damaged from shipping.
The product is received and has a manufacturing defect.
The product has a discrepancy to the specifications confirmed prior to production.
The product has been incorrectly sent by Fixtures Factory.
We encourage you to review all quotes drawings renderings and etc. prior to our production.
Standard Products
For standard products that are offered by Fixtures Factory and are not custom products may be eligible for return if the following conditions are met:
Products are received unused and in original condition.
Products are returned in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is provided.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been approved by our customer service.
Typically shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless the return is the result of our error.
Damaged and Defective Products
You are encouraged to inspect your package when your order has been delivered.
If you receive damaged defective or incorrect products please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
Your order number
Pictures of the product and packaging
A short description of the problem
Claims may be reviewed with the following options:
Repaired product
Replaced product
Replacement parts
Partial or full refund
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Because of the time and resources committed to production we follow the procedure below for cancellations:
Prior to production: Orders can be canceled. Design and administrative fees may be charged.
Post production commencement: Orders cannot be canceled because of our commitment to production.
Once we have completed custom orders we cannot cancel the order.
Please contact us if there are any modifications to be made on the order.
Return Authorization
Return requests are to be made prior to returning the product.
Order information should be included to request a return. Returns made without a request are at our discretion.
Return Shipping
If the return is caused by our error or a verified manufacturing defect:
Return shipping is at our expense.
Products should be adequately protected for the return shipping.
We also recommend a shipping method that has tracking and shipping insurance.
Fixtures Factory will not be responsible for damaged or lost items during a return shipping.
Refund Processing
Returns will be processed with a refund if the request is approved. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Refunds will take 5-10 business days after approval. Timeframes will vary based on your financial institution.
Warranty Claims
Some products may have limited warranty coverage for manufacturing defects. Coverage and limitations will vary by product and by the project agreement.
Normal use of the product along with misuse abuse poor installation modifications accidents or poor product handling will not be covered.
International Orders
For orders shipped internationally the local customer will pay all customs duties taxes VAT all brokerage fees and all other local charges unless other arrangements are made in writing.
