Fixtures Factory designs engineers and manufactures custom retail display fixtures and related products. Because many of our products are made to our customer’s specifications:
Product images and customer order samples are for illustrative and reference purposes only and are not guaranteed to be an exact representation of what will be produced.
Product Specifications (dimensions materials finishes colors etc.) are subject to change at the discretion of Fixtures Factory.
We reserve the right to make improvements or modifications to our products without notice when we believe the changes do not materially impact the overall product’s function.
3. Custom Orders
Before starting custom orders we require customer approval. It is your responsibility to check and confirm the following:
Drawings
Dimensions
Materials
Finishes
Colors
Logos
Branding elements
Specifications
After we have your approval in writing and we have begun production we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order and you may incur additional costs.
4. Pricing and Quotations
All quotes may change until they have been agreed to in writing.
Unless otherwise stated:
Prices are in the currency agreed upon.
Costs for shipping tax duty and customs as well as costs for installation are not included.
Costs may be incurred for additional engineering design revisions samples and expedited production.
All pricing errors will be rectified prior to the acceptance of the order.
5. Payment Terms
The quotation invoice or purchase agreements come with payment terms which will be honored.
No work will begin prior to the payment of the deposit.
The full payment will be made prior to shipment unless other terms have been agreed to in writing.
Payments not made in the agreed upon timeframe may result in work and shipment delays.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated time frames for production and delivery are for your convenience only.
Delivery may be impacted by beyond our reasonable control including
Availability of materials
Transport delays
Customs inspection
Natural disasters
Labor shortage
Government actions
Other force majeure events
7. Returns and Warranty
Returns are as stated in our Return Policy.
Because most of our products are custom made custom orders are typically non-returnable unless there are defects in manufacturing shipping damage or there is a failure to meet the approved specifications.
Normal use may receive limited warranty coverage for manufacturing defects. The warranty will not cover damage due to poor installation misuse accidents alterations negligence or normal deterioration.
